Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Normotonic purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return: Contact us at info@normotonic.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items: Used products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
